AND FOR DELIVERY ?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Reunion Island.

DELIVERY IS FREE on all orders in Réunion from an amount of 60 euros.

 

For any shipment, please count:

° Meeting: 2-5 working days .

° France / Europe: 5-7 working days.

° International: 7-10 days.

All orders are shipped via Post.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking number of your package.

PLEASE NOTE : We are no longer responsible for your package, once it has been sent by post! For all complaints concerning a problem, please contact a post office directly.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO YOU FOR REFUND?

If you wish to return part or all of your order to us, you have a period of 15 days included (the postmark being taken as proof). Products likely to be returned must have been purchased on the site www.maisonkahuna.com and have been delivered.


To obtain your refund , the product must be returned in a condition suitable for remarketing, in its packaging with its original label. It must not have been worn.

Please return your item by parcel to the address below, attaching the completed return form that we have provided to you:

Please note: The products are returned at your expense. Also please keep proof of parcel drop provided by your agency. In the absence of this, no exchange or refund can be made in the event of loss of the package.


Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse and after confirmation of the condition of the product (s), we will refund the amount invoiced to the account used to pay for the order within 15 days.


We reserve the right to accept or reject returned products which do not meet brand requirements or which will be considered not to be eligible for return service. Thank you for your understanding.

 

PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept returns on orders made during Sales, Commercial Offers & Promotion periods.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME?

If you wish to exchange some or all of your items which would not be suitable, you benefit from a period of 15 days included (the postmark being taken as proof).


Please complete the return form that we have provided to you, specifying the exchange or exchanges you wish to make.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

Payments on our site do not involve any risk, All our payment methods use an encryption of personal data (name, address, bank details) which makes them invisible, unattainable and therefore cannot be recovered by hackers.
